這不僅是一座位於高雄市中心的寓所，更是一段關於「愛與傳承」的空間敘事。屋主是一對熟齡夫婦，這座宅邸承載了他們一甲子的人生積累。
我們在設計初期便不斷思考：如何讓空間成為記憶的容器，同時又能優雅地迎接未來？

設計概念 Design Highlights：光影詩意與彈性棲居

【 彈性棲居：LDK格局的極致運用 】 Flexible Living Space
針對三代同堂的家庭，我們選擇了「彈性棲居」作為解答。透過開放式的 LDK格局（客廳、餐廳、廚房一體化），我們打破了實牆的阻礙。
平日裡，它是兩老愜意生活的安樂窩，寬敞無障礙的動線讓日常起居安全無虞；而到了逢年過節，這個公領域能瞬間轉換為三代同堂的歡聚場，從容容納兒孫的笑語，讓愛在家中毫無阻礙地流動。

(For multi-generational families, we chose "flexible living" as the ultimate solution. By utilizing an open LDK layout integrating the living room, dining room, and kitchen, we broke down the physical barriers of solid walls. On weekdays, it serves as a cozy haven for the elder couple, with spacious, barrier-free circulation ensuring safety in daily life. During holidays, this public realm instantly transforms into a gathering space for three generations, effortlessly accommodating the laughter of children and grandchildren, allowing love to flow seamlessly throughout the home.)

【 光影的詩意：引導自然光的流動 】 The Poetry of Light and Shadow
倫敦設計獎評審團特別讚賞本案在美學與機能上的完美平衡。其中最關鍵的媒介便是「光」。 我們利用大面落地窗搭配垂直穿越簾，將刺眼的直射光轉化為柔和的漫射光源。光線灑落在淺木紋格柵與純白牆面上，隨著時間推移產生深淺不一的層次變化，讓自然光成為空間中最奢華的裝飾。
(The London Design Awards jury highly praised this project for its perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality. The most crucial medium here is "light." We paired large floor-to-ceiling windows with vertical sheer curtains to transform harsh direct sunlight into a soft, diffused glow. As light spills over the light wood grilles and pure white walls, it creates varying layers of depth throughout the day, making natural light the most luxurious decoration within the space.)

【 材質的溫度：現代簡約與日式風的交融 】 The Temperature of Materials
要營造出如其名般「暖煦」的生活氛圍，材質的挑選至關重要。我們以大面積的純白作為空間基調，展現現代簡約風的純粹與俐落；同時，在人體最常接觸的視野範圍內，大量鋪陳溫潤的木質元素。這種帶有日式風語彙的材質交疊，成功中和了現代設計的冷硬感，賦予空間安定人心的力量。
(To cultivate the warm atmosphere implied by its name, material selection was paramount. We established a spatial foundation with expansive areas of pure white, showcasing the purity and sleekness of modern minimalism. Simultaneously, within the visual range most frequently encountered, we extensively applied warm wood elements. This layering of materials, carrying a Japanese-inspired design vocabulary, successfully neutralizes the coldness often associated with modern design, endowing the space with a reassuring and calming power.)

【 隱藏的智慧：收納與信仰的無形包覆 】 The Wisdom of Concealment
我們將龐大的收納需求化為無形，以平整的立面取代突兀的櫃體。更巧妙地將傳統佛堂供桌，隱藏於餐廳的整面木格柵拉門之後。
需要時敞開祭拜，平時則完美隱身，兼顧了長輩的傳統信仰與現代空間的絕對美感。
(We rendered massive storage needs invisible, replacing obtrusive cabinets with flat, seamless facades. Furthermore, we ingeniously concealed the traditional ancestral shrine behind a full-wall wooden lattice sliding door in the dining area. It can be opened for worship when needed and remains perfectly hidden otherwise, balancing the elders' traditional faith with the absolute aesthetic of a modern space.)

【自然採光與開放式格局・常見問答 (FAQ)】

Q1：逢年過節兒孫回來，客餐廳空間不夠大怎麼辦？
A： 這正是我們強烈建議採用「LDK格局」的原因。在【暖煦的記憶】中，我們取消了客廳與餐廳的界線。平時長輩能享受極致寬敞的活動空間，當兒孫十多人返家聚餐時，只要將餐桌區域與客廳沙發區連動，就能創造出足以容納所有人的大型交誼場域。

Q2：退休宅的採光照明，有什麼需要特別講究的地方？
A： 長輩的視力對「眩光（刺眼的光線）」非常敏感。因此，我們在白天大量引入自然光，但透過「垂直穿越簾」來柔化光線直射；夜間照明則避免使用單一主燈，改採防眩光的嵌燈與柔和的間接照明（如天花板洗牆燈），確保室內無論日夜，光線都均勻、明亮且不刺眼。
